Over 200 people attended this years Upstate Golisano Center for Children’s Cancer & Blood Disorders’ Holiday Party put on by the Childelife Team. This exclusive event for the children who are current patients fighting pediatric cancer and their families, the opportunity to enjoy dancing, a buffet spread made especially for children, crafts, face painting, homemade cookies (1,000 to be exact!), visiting Santa and so much more. The dance floor was especially full of smiles during the hula hoop contest, chicken dance and twist competition. Caricature artists provided an additional element of fun as did the face painter and family photobooth. Paige’s Butterfly Run, Inc. is truly honored to fund this annual event which helps to make the season a little bright for these families. We are truly grateful to our generous benefactors who give so selflessly to help families in need!
