Tim has been working in insurance and risk management since 1990, with the last 28 at Reagan Companies in Marcellus.  He is a transportation specialist, and also a partner of the firm.  He handles the insurance and risk management needs of transportation clients mainly all over the Northeast.  He was born and raised in the Syracuse area and the surrounding suburbs and is proud to be a life-long native to the area.  He currently resides off of Lakeshore Road in Cicero, NY with his beautiful fiancé, Diane.  His hobbies include boating in the summer with friends, watching all sorts of live music all over the country, being a passionate supporter of SU Athletics as a member of the Legend’s Society, the Great New York State Fair, as well as extensive travelling for both work & pleasure.  His passion for Paige’s Butterfly Run goes way back to when he lost one of his best friends to cancer at a very young age.  His path crossed with Chris Arnold when Chris worked at Reagan Companies for 16 years, and he has been a supporter of Paige’s ever since.  He finally felt it was time to give more back than to just support monetarily, which he will continue to do as well, of course.  He is excited for this new chapter in his life.

Kevin Visconti, Partner at Diversified Capital Management

Kevin was born and raised in Syracuse, NY.  He graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a BS in business management.  In his youth Kevin was active in his church, with the Boy Scouts of America, and the Knights of Columbus.

Since graduating from RIT Kevin has built his skills in Financial Planning.  This includes working for JP Morgan Chase, HSBC, First Niagara, and currently a partner at the financial planning firm Diversified Capital Management.

He has consistently grown his business while building strong business connections and personal connections in the community.  Working closely with other leaders and organizations in the community.

While building his career Kevin simultaneously looks to improve as a person and to engage with the community.  He is a founding member and past president of Good Morning Syracuse, Toastmasters club.  He works with the Syracuse Rotary Club and Syracuse Rotary Foundation.  Kevin has served as President for both the Syracuse Rotary club and Foundation.  Over $250,000 was provided to 501c3s in the Syracuse area during his tenure as president.  Kevin also sits on the professional advisors committee of the Central New York Community Foundation.

Over the past year Kevin has facilitated the transition of the Syracuse Rotary Foundation to the Central New York Community Foundation.  This transition allows the Syracuse Rotary foundation to focus on the needs of the community while the CNYCF can facilitate the administration side of the foundation.    As the above project ends Kevin is looking for the next organization to engage with to continue to help and support the community.

Kevin has also assisted with the foundation of a local charter school, providing guidance, and helping build the founding board.  Ultimately this project did not come to fruition due to covid.  He also volunteers on the weekends in the winter as part of ARISE and ski, a program geared towards helping individuals with disabilities experience downhill skiing or snowboarding.

Outside of work and community engagement Kevin enjoys staying active by participating in triathlons, playing volleyball, snowboarding, hiking/backpacking/camping, and cooking.
